In local government, we do not sell products but rather provide community services. These services include managing multiple resource types including land, people, and time; all of which are limited in nature. 

Limited resources require careful planning to ensure that those resources are distributed efficiently to address citizens’ concerns and requests. James City County has leveraged Sisense to help identify resource utilization for our General Services department with KPIs exposing work order trends. Whether it's reviewing recycling service requests, identifying areas for infrastructure maintenance, or improving staff efficiencies. These insights have helped to identify and prioritize initiatives.
