We’re excited to feature Liliia Romanchuk, Support Manager for the DevEx team at Sisense, as our latest Community Champion! With over six years of experience at Sisense, Liliia brings technical excellence, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
Meet Liliia
Liliia began her journey at Sisense as a support engineer and has since grown into a leadership role, now managing the DevEx Support team. Her team focuses on advanced customization and integration use cases, including single sign-on, embedding, add-ons, and plugins.
“What I love most is helping frustrated users find clarity and confidence. That feeling when someone says, ‘You made my day’—that’s what keeps me going.”
Proud Moments
One of Liliia’s proudest achievements is building the DevEx SME Basic Program, an internal training designed to help her team grow into subject matter experts. It’s a reflection of her leadership philosophy: empower others through shared knowledge.
“I accept challenges. It’s okay to make mistakes if you learn and improve. That’s how I’ve grown—and how I want my team to grow too.”

When asked what advice she’d give Sisense users, Liliia didn’t hesitate:

She should know—she’s answered many of them herself.
A Life Beyond the Dashboard
Outside of work, Liliia is an artist. She paints with oils and watercolors under the mentorship of a modern Ukrainian artist. She also enjoys dance fitness and seasonal cycling with her husband.
“One day I’d love to have my own exhibition. Painting is a way to create something lasting—just like support can leave a lasting impact.”
