This is a very high-demand option, and it is currently not available natively on Sisense.

We developed a solution you can check here.

It will not only allow your users to save their preferred filters presets, but also empowers them to share those with their team.
You could also easily publish a dashboard with a set of predefined filters from the go.

The interface is very intuitive and user friendly.
