Hey,

Here are my bulletdrafts:

• Improve data literacy among our users to increase the adoption of dashboards
• Create / define better understandable dashboards for regular non-data users
• encourage users to use data instead of relying on gut instincts or 'we have always done it this way'
• change the perception that data is equal to complex pivot tables and dashboards and that it can really improve way of working
• improving self serving BI, less need for designers more do it yourself
• Pushing data/insights to users instead of letting users pull data
• teaching our customer-designers that pivot tables and pivot tables and pivot tables are not leading to insightfull dashboards

• We want to know what errors we see.
• We want to know how to resolve these errors.
• BUT....
• We overlook the importantance of planning our work or workflow before we start using the software.
• Such as: What business problems do I want to solve with this software?
• That kind of planning will ensure we set up or configure our software optimally.
