In the software industry we usually focus on the human-software interaction. We write about: What do I click? What do I type into a field? We want to know what errors we see. We want to know how to resolve these errors. BUT.... We overlook the importantance of planning our work or workflow before we start using the software. Such as: What business problems do I want to solve with this software? That kind of planning will ensure we set up or configure our software optimally.4KViews3likes0Comments
