For now, it only possible to customize the email body at the server level
Completely agree. It seems like this functionality is almost there as well. There's the ability to create multiple email templates. It's just that you can't pick one per report, which would be extremely helpful. Especially if you have multiple customers in one install, as we do.
I have brought this Idea to the product team and will post updates here as they are available.
One of the ways we prioritize development efforts is by community interest. I encourage other users to vote and comment on this suggestion. The more engagement a request receives, the higher the likelihood of it being considered for implementation.
