There isn't an option to download all users information from the Admin-Users
Only to 'download csv' via Usage analytics - Users dashboard but this doesn't show all users created - just the ones being used.

While it's not possible to download this directly from the Admin tab, you can achieve it using the REST API.
Please refer to the following Community Link, which includes a Python script that can be used to export the list of all users into a CSV file.

@AssafHanina - I have seen the API solution and it still seems like a simpler solution would be a "Download to csv" button in the Admin-Users tab.
