Simply put, the ability to have a button within the UI for when new users are created within a particular data group (or similar category) to replicate permissions, DS, dashboard sharing, pulse, data model shares, etc.
Even simpler, the ability to have a column within User Mgmt. to show which dashboards are shared with which user.
