The Need : filter the dashboard based on the latest year in the data
Modeling Challenge
We need to filter the dashboard based on the latest year in the data,
Using the Time Frame option in the filter will use the server time.
Solution
Using the Anchor in the advanced filter will filter the dashboard based on the latest year in the data.
Historical data of 2011,2012 & 2013
filtering on "This Year' will filter out all the data from the dashboard
Adding the anchor to the advanced filter
Dashboard shows data from year 2013 (the latest year in the dataset)
