How do you handle user implementation and support?

We distribute Sisense to users with the standard user invitation emails.  Users are set up with data security for their groups to limit them to the data from their own business, in our case, home health providers.  We have no set strategy for user education on the use of dashboards, they are normally given a demo.  We have used Sisense for 3 years now, and support seems to be easy and the product is dependable.   I would be interested in other options and hearing about other user experiences on this topic.

One thing we've done, is introduce a monthly "new user office hours" session. These are optional to attend, but allow new users the opportunity to ask any questions they may have to help them feel more comfortable with the tool. We've also produced some brief "getting started" videos and other documentation that we share with users when they first get set up.
