Option to enable Jump to Dashboard on Grand Totals and Sub Totals

have JTD simply use include all for grand totals and pass the relevant include all for sub totals

Along with switching to the new UI-based JTD configuration, Pivot widgets now support jump to dashboard from sub-totals and grand totals as out-of-the-box behaviour. This change is available in version L2025.1 SP1.
