Update Connection Management API to allow the ability to automate updating Key's
Currently the connection management API allows a user to update connection information in an automated way. But when using KeyPair auth as Snowflake will be requiring very soon - we cannot use the same API to update the physical key. The current flow requires an admin to manually update a key by copy and pasting it into the file management. It is incredibly tedious and cumbersome for a user to have to update these one by one. I imagine more Sisense customers will realize this pain as the Snowflake timeline for KeyPair auth nears.2Views0likes0CommentsAdd email operations to the Audit Logs
In an effort to simplify our troubleshooting of email issues, I would like to see email operations added into the Audit Logs. That enhancement, coupled with others like Make the time scope of Generate a Log File configurable | Sisense Community and Access various logs from Sisense UI under file management option | Sisense Community could greatly enhance our ability to support ourselves and reduce our support ticket submissions.22Views5likes0CommentsMake the time scope of Generate a Log File configurable
We often need to troubleshoot an issue that wasn't reported to us within the 10-hour time frame covered by the Generating Support Log Files feature. We'd like to see the scope of time included in that file be configurable so that we can when need to, extend it to 48-hours or whatever we need to capture the events necessary for troubleshooting. Then set it back to whatever we wish as our default, which might be 2 hours. I want to acknowledge this idea [Access various logs from Sisense UI under file management option | Sisense Community] as I presume it would also cover the need if the full history of logs within Sisense's own retention policies are made available. But I do, sometimes, also like having a combined file to see events from different logs happing in concurrence without having to reference many different files.21Views5likes0CommentsMake links and buttons normal html so I can middle-mouse and right-mouse
Many links and buttons in the Sisense interface won't let me right-click or middle-click them. Sometimes I want to open a link in a new tab, sometimes I don't. Please make them normal html links so I can do that.6Views0likes0CommentsGive developers the ability to explore production without being able to modify
right now we can only allow our developers to either edit models in test or read/use. With read/use they aren't able to actually see the cube in the data page. I need my developers to be able to explore connections, schemas and tables in prod without having the ability to actually make any changes. https://community.sisense.com/category/support/discussions/supportportal#case-detail:500Pk00000mKN4vIAG11Views0likes0CommentsPer-User default filters cleared by dashboard refresh
Currently if a dashboard is refreshed, every user's default filters are wiped. This causes a lot of disruption to our users in production. Default filters should: 1. Be user specific 2. Persist across dashboard refreshes. Value: 1. Improves Sisense's ability to have 1 central dashboard to serve diverse users 2. Removes the need for a dashboard designer to set data model permissions to achieve the same thing78Views5likes4CommentsSeing cubes that are shared in the Group screen
Hi, Under Admin / User Management / Groups, we can edit a group. In the window that contains the details of a group, we can see / add / remove users associated with the group. I would like to have the same fetaure with the cubes that are shared with that group. So it would become possible, in the same groupd etail windows for a given group to see / add / remove shared cubes. Thanks you and kind regards, Franck16Views0likes0CommentsGrafana Monitoring via Mobile App
As an administrator for Linux Sisense Fusion, Grafana is essential by allowing to monitor the environment's performance. Grafana has a mobile app, yet there is no way to integrate Sisense's Grafana to it after confirming with Sisense's support. It would be nice if there is such an integration that will enable us to monitor the performance via a mobile app.51Views1like0Comments
