Let Pulse alert email's button link to dashboard instead of 'Pulses' tab

I use pulse alerts to alert my clients when there is data on Sisense that needs their attention. The Pulse alert emails are accompanied by a big yellow 'Open Pulse' button. This button is the obvious thing to click on, but unhelpfully, it leads to the 'Pulses' tab of Sisense, not the actual dashboard. As a viewer, I want to jump straight to the dashboard, not be confused but this 'Pulses' tab which I most likely will not have seen before nor used. An option to have the button instead open the dashboard directly would be much better and make it much easier to engage customers with the Sisense platform. I know there is a link to the dashboard on the pulse itself, but going via this screen this is inconvenient at best and confusing at worst.

With the "Jump to Dashboard" add-on installed & the "suppress _drill_" dashboard parameter configured, SiSense hides the _drill_ dashboards from everyone except the owner (which includes the sisenseadmin account). As a result, it is hard for the administrator to view and/or manage _drill_ dashboards that are owned by a designer. There is a workaround via F12 that SiSense showed me, but it's not intuitive. It would be nice if there was a parameter to allow the sisenseadmin to always have the ability to see/edit the _drill_ dashboards (or perhaps that should be the default behavior).

Various features in Sisense can be whitelabelled. However, as well as the website, email notifications are another area of Sisense that customers will interact with. Email text configuration can be controlled via the 'email-templates.js' file, but there is not currently a way to whitelabel this text. I would like the option to change this text a deliver different messages for tenants. This would be useful for things like platform invitations in particular, to reassure users that an invitation from a 'Sisense' platform they may be unfamiliar with, is in fact associated with their company.

Sisense has some powerful whitelabelling features, but a key 'weak point' here is the URL itself. Currently, any Tenant has to be after the URL, e.g. for a company 'newcompany' at our company (Shepper), the URL would be shepper.sisense.com/newcompany. If we are delivering a whitelabelled solution for 'newcompany', where they want to whitelabel with newcompany assets only, there is no way to whitelabel the URL itself. I would like to keep the 'Shepper' text for most of our customers, but having an option to have an alternative URL for a tenant, such as newcompany.sisense.com (or even something that obscures our company's name a little, like shp.sisense.com/newcompany), would be the last piece of this whitelabelling puzzle.

Currently, when you share a dashboard you can have it email the dashboard out to people following a couple different schedules: Every Elasticube update (with a limit on times per day) Daily (can specify which days and a time) Monthly (can specify which months and what day of the month) The trick is that elasticube updates includes failed updates. I would like to add an option to exclude failed builds from triggering these dashboard update deliveries. Now that we have alerting for build failures, there doesn't seem to be a reason for dashboards to deliver without new information.

Hi, for this moment we have such a behaviour: sum(NULL * 10) = NULL but SUM(NULL * [id]) = [id] in the same time if [id] have values (1,NULL) and we will do SUM([id]) = NULL Is it possible to add some toggle in the system how to work with NULL values. For example, if it is disabled it works as NULL is empty and SUM(NULL * [id]) = [id] But if it is enabled, so all NULL should be works as in mathematic SUM(NULL * [id]) = NULL etc

We embed and white label Sisense and our premium customers have the ability to author new dashboards with the formulas and attributes we provide. Our users want the ability to create new attributes, comparable to creating a new formulas. Examples: new "Northeast Location" attribute = existing location attribute that we provide where sites = A, B, C new "Shutdown 2023" = existing date field that we provide where date range between X and Y Concatenation of multiple fields to form a new attributes, comparable to Excel new "Is True" type attributes = existing attributes we expose if value(s) = ... Customers want the ability to create their own custom attribute, have then be added to the default values list, in their own "custom" section, where they can search and reuse their own creations. We are a multi-tenant solution provider so tenancy of these custom creation must stay "in tenant" and must do so with us implementing the multi-tenancy feature of Sisense (as we are already deployed and this is not yet robust enough for us to utilize)

A nice feature in Microsoft SQL Server is the ability to see multiple data sets from queries in stacked windows. Currently only one query can be executed at a time and only display that one query's data set. It would be nice to be able to compare data by having multiple data sets appear at the bottom. Currently I have to open multiple browser windows to compare values and it can get a bit busy. It would be nice to compare 2 or more queries in the same window. A user would like to remove the title from the secondary indicator. Unchecking the Title box works for only the primary value. They would like the same functionality for the secondary.

There are cases where the Sisense queries have to read from views. Would you consider allowing to issue queries like “ALTER database.materializedView REBUILD” instead of only allowing select commands, in this case this would allow to refresh data that would be selected by the jdbc connector.

Some end-users have strict environmental and security constraints for their operations. Please consider including M.I.T. Kerberos binaries and environment variable so that JDBC connectors could leverage Kerberos without having to access Kubernetes hosts machines.

Hello, Currently, we can only sort reports based on column "Report name". It would be good to sort reports based on "last run" column too. It would also be good to have sizeable column headers for better readability. Thank you ! Franck

We propose adding a valuable feature to our dashboard UI: the ability to export a comprehensive list of all data models, including both Elasticubes and live models. This enhancement is essential for efficiently monitoring model changes before and after Sisense upgrades. Presently, this process involves manual actions like taking screenshots or exporting a text file using 'si' commands, but it lacks the capability to export live models and essential metadata such as data model type, owner, last modification date, last publication date, activity, and size. By introducing export functionality in formats like CSV, users will be equipped to easily track and compare models, quickly identifying any discrepancies or replacements. This improvement will significantly streamline model management and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades.

Currently the box and whisker plot is not supported when using a live model. When the widget is created, it has an error and won't show any data. This is a request coming from customer Akita Box. They would want to be able to schedule a build at every 10 minute past an hour (Eg: 1.10 AM, 2.10 AM, 3.10 AM Etc) and 40 minutes past an hour (Eg: 1.40 AM, 2.40 AM, 3.40 AM Etc) for a few cubes. This is to ensure that a few cubes build after their main cube abx-0 finishes building which is currently set to build at every half hour interval.

I use Chrome browser. I keep multiple tabs of sisense opened. When the session expires, it expires on ALL the tabs (which makes total sense). The problem is that all those tabs get redirected to the login page and I need to login on each and every one of them. It does not detect I've logged in in another tab, neither if I hit the browser Refresh button it will detect the login and redirect me to the page I was in before I got logged out. This is annoying because I have to either login again, or open a new window and search for the dashboard I had open. Ideal expected behaviour (preferred, but probably harder): Once I'm logged out on several tabs, logging in one of them should make the others notice and log me in automatically. Good-enough behaviour ("easier"): Once I'm logged out on several tabs, logging in one of them should allow me to go to other opened tabs, which are showing the login windows, and refresh them (e.g using Ctrl+R) so that itwill automatically detect my session and redirect to the page I was before I was logged out. This will save me a lot of time and make sisense less annoying.

The default color scheme for the sunburst chart is defined per ring, while it should be per category. For example, category 1 has the red color, category 2 has green, and category 3 has blue color scheme

A while back the JTD didn't pick up measured values properly and we configured our dashboards so that the measured value filters were not relevant to the jump. We have some situations where there are conflicting filters with-in the measure (e.g. comparing different things as a numerator and denominator). Can you add a widget config option to ignore measured value filters? It would require adding an item in config and then adding an if statement to the filtersHelperService.js in the getMeasuredValueFilters like if(config.ignoreMeasureFilter) return [] ; around line 560. This would greatly help us out as we do have fairly complex filters running and much more often than not want to only consider dashboard and widget filters in the Jump.

I have a client that has SSO users and non-SSO users. On Sisense advice, we have created a separate tenant for the non-SSO users. We expect that those users would have all user email features of users as if SSO did not exist on the system. We are finding that the new user invitation email is not enabled for these users (among other email functions). Therefore, these users are not able to set their passwords when they are created. As a result, we are using a common password for 600+ users. This is obviously not satisfactory. Those tenant users can now log in and change their password, but we have no way to enforce that they do this as we would with an invitation email. R&D has told us this is the expected behavior (refer to case #00746676). This behavior is not working well for my client. I would like all user email features enabled for non-SSO tenants.

At the moment, you can do row filtering in a Data Model, by applying an enforced filter. This works fine in simple scenarios. In my case, I have 150 different users who each need to be able to see only their own data. So I have to add them one-by-one to the data model's "Data Security" area. Not only that, I have to do this to 10 different cubes, so this will be a lot of manual effort to set up and maintain over time as people come and go. What I'd like to be able to do is define a custom attribute on the User record, like "Location ID". I'd fill it in for that user, entering "12345" for a particular user record. That User is also a member of a group called "My Restricted Group". Then, I could go into the Data Security section, add an entry for the Location ID filter, applied to "My Restricted Group", and reference the "Location ID" number. Then the system would enforce it at runtime -- is the logged in user a member of "My Restricted Group"? If so, apply a fiter on the Location ID field, and fill it in with the value in their User profile. Then I only have to maintain the Location ID value in their user profile once, and only need to apply that Location ID filter once per cube, not 150 times per cube.
