Good day! I just tested this on Version: L2024.2.0.493 and I do see the parameters. In later releases of Sisense, the path to the configuration changed a bit.

  • Click on the Admin tab
  • Expand Server & Hardware (left panel) 
  • Click on System Management 
  • Click on Configuration Manager (top right corner) 
  • Click on the Sisense logo 5 times (top left corner) 
  • Under Services (left panel), scroll  down until you find Galaxy and click on it 
    • The jaqlPool parameters are located here
