Agree with mchamarelli , besides confirming the needed frequency of the data, we also ask who the end user will be. That also narrows down the data security permissions to set up, and the dashboard functionality they would use.

For example

- As a Manufacturer user I would want visibility of all data all the time, and capability to drill-down to further details.

- As a retailer user I want hourly data of main KPIs to be exported-ready. Data should only be relevant to their branch.
