Bobin Notebooks went full GA with our 2021.12 release 🎉 You will need to update to the recent version in order to use Python. However, with any version between 2021.7 and 2021.11, Notebooks is still available, but will only include SQL. If you haven't already been able to access it, you can ask your Admin to enable it under Admin Tab > Feature Management.
