I have a issue with the new support portal.... When I go to the new link, it asks me for my email address and then it says it sent a code to my email, but the code never gets delivered so I am also unable to log in and access my support tickets or create new.

francoisvv hi! We've checked the issue and found out that an email with a code was sent successfully. Could you please check with your IT/security team if it could have been blocked by the security settings? Please update me on the result.
