Disabling user accounts rather than deleting
Hi, Is it possible to deactivate user accounts rather than completing removing? We have users that will no longer have access to the system, but could come back later (for example, trail users). Is using the security model to deny access the only other way? This would still add against our user license count so not an ideal solution long term.Solved2KViews0likes2CommentsSisense Iframe embedded feature - I want to pass the parameters for the filter dynamically.
In my case, I have GetUserAuditReport Store Procedure with the param UserId. Based on this SP I need to create a table view in sisense. I need to embed this into my application. In this case, how can I achieve this? I going to embed only a widget table based on filtration.1.2KViews0likes1CommentMultiple Dependent Filters at the same level
Hi Everyone, I am wondering if there is a way to have multiple dependent filters at the same 'level'. For example If I select a value in one filter, then 4 other filters all become available on the same hierarchy level. So in the example above, selecting IN TASK, would make 4 additional filters available simultaneously (there is no hierarchy in these tasks.) Ideally I want to do this on an iFrame embedded dashboard. Thanks!1.3KViews0likes0CommentsSisense Multitenancy Webinar - Discussion Thread

We’re working with a Sisense partner to add interactive filters to match the look and feel of our application. They are doing this with a Blox widget and the Wiser plugin. We’ve run into an issue where we would like the Blox and the Wiser widgets to use the same theming that is used by the rest of the dashboard. Can Blox be set up to use the theme colors as set by “Look and feel” themes available in the Administrative section of the app?2.3KViews0likes3CommentsHaving a widget level filter apply to a dashboard when filtering on that widget
Widget A contains a count of records broken down by a set of facts at the header level we will call Status. Widget B contains a count or records broken down by a set of facts at the detail level we will call Error Code. Widget B contains a widget level filter to exclude Error Codes that have the flag cleared to apply When you filter widget A by the Status Approved, widget B has no values, which is expected as the Error Codes associated have been cleared When you filter widget B by Error Code, Widget A contains values for Status Approved because the filter at the dashboard level is without respect cleared error codes Is it possible to filter widget B and have the widget level filter also apply at the dashboard level only when the the error code is not include all? Example: Key Status 1 Approved 2 Not Approved ParentKey Key Error Code Cleared 1 1 Error 1 Y 1 2 Error 2 Y 1 3 Error 3 Y 2 4 Error 1 N 2 5 Error 2 N 2 6 Error 3 N Using the example data, created simple dashboard: Unfiltered: Filter by status approved: Filtered by Error 2 - by what I describe above, it would only show not approved in the pie chart1.1KViews0likes0CommentsDashboard that allows users to download files from links in the dashboard
Situation We have embedded Sisense into our application and we allow users to design their own dashboards. In addition to this we created a web page that allows designers to import dashboard templates that we've created (think google extensions) into their dashboard library. Unfortunately this web page is managed by another team that is severely understaffed and not able to make updates to it. So my team is thinking that we want to create a dashboard that is our dashboard template library. Goal We need to allow users to add dashboards to their library from a dashboard. Anyone else done something like this before?1.8KViews0likes1CommentHow do you have multiple developers work on a single dashboard?
We have several dashboards which we are embedding into a product of ours. We would like to be able to have our dashboard developers go in and edit a dashboard which we are embedding, but it seems like 1) Only an owner can edit a dashboard and then publish it out 2) Changing the "owner" of a dashboard requires exporting and then importing The issue is that the embed link is used by other systems for giving our clients. Is there any way, short of a shared login, to develop dashboards? For example, let's say that we have a dashboard which is embedded in our application that is used my multiple users. We don't want to be in a situation where only one person on our team can edit and publish.2.3KViews0likes3CommentsFormula for counting the views per user
Sisense provides our company with a usage analytics model. now what i want is to count the total number of views per user ? like how many times they have seen a dashboard? how do i do this ? i tried to do count all like DUPCOUNT [Userid] , but this shows unrealistic values. it shows I viewed a dashboard 567 times in the past 7 days. That's not true. then I realized that DUPCOUNT only works on numeric values, does anyone know how to go about this ? i have attached screenshots on the fields available to me, if that helps. thank you.1.6KViews0likes1Comment
