Hi joeshepper, You can use our white label option for the tenants. DNS Multitenancy Support The DNS multitenancy support feature provides the ability to configure domain names for each tenant, which are parsed and translated into the correct tenant context, which will remain for the lifetime of the request, and are used to retrieve the relevant assets for each tenant. The domain names are set via the POST and PATCH API calls of the "tenants" endpoint. Hi there, Can you please share with us some more details so we can investigate further? Is this an on-prem or a cloud deployment? Is this happening on the embedded application or native? From L2024.1, we have introduced expiry for the bearer tokens. It could also be the case if the identity service is overloaded, so we will have to investigate further and allocate more resources to it.
