I saw a solution for this in a demo. We couldn't use it at the time because it required the new Analytical Engine and we had a requirement for a feature that wasn't available on the new Analytical Engine. But our required feature is supposed to be coming to the Analytical Engine in the 2023-11 release, so now I just need to remember how to set it up again. I've found that, for us, the need for a left join is primarily for tables. For calculations and such, it doesn't matter as much. But when we want to display a table of data, it would be a much better experience to have the left join. Currently, when you share a dashboard you can have it email the dashboard out to people following a couple different schedules: Every Elasticube update (with a limit on times per day) Daily (can specify which days and a time) Monthly (can specify which months and what day of the month) The trick is that elasticube updates includes failed updates. I would like to add an option to exclude failed builds from triggering these dashboard update deliveries. Now that we have alerting for build failures, there doesn't seem to be a reason for dashboards to deliver without new information.669Views2likes0Comments
