Welcome to the next iteration of the Sisense Community!
Since October 2021, the Sisense Community team has been hard at work building out a space for Sisense Community members to collaborate and exchange ideas while providing customers with a self-service location to easily and efficiently find solutions to their roadblocks.
Many plans and enhancements to the Sisense Community are coming down the pipeline next year, including a relaunch of Sisense’s Product Feedback Forum and a new forum dedicated to End User Adoption. As we expand the Sisense Community, the Community Team wants to ensure everyone has an optimal and safe experience. To maximize your experience in the Sisense Community, take 5 minutes to read our Terms and Conditions and our community guidelines below:
Sisense Community Guidelines
- Be respectful
- Defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or threatening comments are strictly prohibited.
- Please be courteous, respectful, and polite to fellow community members.
- Be helpful and relevant
- Submitted content should be relevant and based on your honest opinions and experience. Staying on topic helps produce positive and productive discussions.
- When starting a discussion, make the subject line clear, concise, and specific. This allows members to respond more appropriately to your post.
- Any links shared in the Community Forum should be shared with the intent of providing relevant and appropriate information. Links should not be posted to simply drive traffic or attention to a site. Links should always be accompanied by a full explanation of the content and purpose of the link.
- For obvious reasons, do not post links to malware, trojan viruses, or otherwise malicious content.
- Protect privacy
- Our community is a public place. Don’t post personal information that you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger.
- Do not prospect or advertise
- Respect the purpose of the community. Use the community to share successes, challenges, constructive feedback, questions, and goals instead of your products or services. If you’ve found a product or service helpful, please share your experience with the group respectfully.
- Moderator rights
- The Sisense community is actively moderated. We reserve the right to delete and edit comments at our discretion. Any repeat offenders will be removed from the community.
- If you notice any violation of these guidelines or our terms, please let us know by emailing us ([email protected]) or using the “Report Inappropriate Content” feature in the “Options” drop-down menu of the post.
