Introduction
The field Clone plugin allows you to easily create a duplicate copy (clone) of an existing field within a widget.
Purpose
Currently, when creating a measured value, using the same field as the one presented in a widget's rows / columns, the result value is presented for every field member.
In the example below, I filtered the quantity by Category = "Cell Phones". As you can see, the "Cell-Phones" quantity value is presented for every category and not only for Cell-Phones:
Solution
STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD AND EXTRACT THE ENCLOSED FOLDER INTO THE PLUGINS FOLDER:
C:\Program Files\Sisense\PrismWeb\plugins\cloneField, if the "plugins" folder is not there, please create it. If you are using version 7.2 and higher unzip the contents into your C:\Program Files\Sisense\app\plugins\ folder.
STEP 2 - GO TO THE FIELD PROPERTIES AND SELECT “CLONED FIELD”
Step 3 - A duplicated copy of the field is created and now you can create measured value using the same field
