Display the exact date range of the currently active "time frame" filter

I have a dashboard where one of the dashboard-level filters is for a date field that's filtering down to "Last Quarter"

Is there a way I can have the exact date range for this value displayed somewhere within the dashboard itself? I know users can see the "Last Quarter" value being displayed in the filter panel to the right and figure it out, but it would be nice if there were a way to display the date range directly on the dashboard itself, just as a reminder. For example, today is November 7th 2024, so "Last Quarter" in this case would mean dates from July 1st 2024 through September 30th 2024. But after the new year, if I were to check the dashboard again on January 6th 2025, then the date range would instead be from October 1st 2024 through December 31st 2024.

To be clear, I'd like a solution that's not just for this specific situation, with Quarters, but also works for other time periods, since some of them are ambiguous and prone to misunderstanding. For instance, it's common to see people assume "Last Week" means a rolling time period covering the last 7 days (rather than the prior calendar week). Or assuming "Last 2 months" means the same as "this and last month" (rather than the prior two calendar months not including the current month).

We do have BloX installed in our Sisense environment, but I don't think any of the standard templates and things were installed (trying to get that remedied by our support folks ASAP). Alternatively, if there's a way to achieve this without BloX, perhaps by using widget scripts, I'm all ears 🙂 Also, please keep in mind that we're using an older Windows version of Sisense (v8.2.1), so certain solutions that work on the latest version might not work for us.
