I tried to connect to t3 tenant from our code and get plugin error:

We get tenant that Sisense create us: t3 with user& password,
Now- we move the code to aork with cloud, and test the code with new URL of t3 that you give us,
After connect to the new url: https://salesforceil.sisensepoc.com/t3/app/main,
I get the error of plugin - I don't have permission to add screenshot

It looks like there is an issue with one of the function calls in the code. Did the code work before?
