Stacked Bar/Column Charts - Showing top X values and grouping the rest as "Other"

For one of our column charts I want to only show the top 5 values but I also want to show the rest of the values grouped as an "Other" category. Sisense does this automatically on Pie charts which is useful but I can't figure out how to do it on any different types of charts. I have attached an example chart.

Please could you give me an example of how to group values?
