How to make a Total in a pivot as a RSUM from the all the history until the point of time

We are facing a requirement about the Grand Total calculation in a Pivot table. The scenario is the following:

W ehave a row with the YTDSUM of a metric, and a filter of time.It works as expected. But in the total of this column, we need the SUM of all the accumulated history, not just the SUM of the column. Do you know how to solve it?
