Dashboard Subscription option in Share does not exist

I am working on a new implementation of Sisense.
Dashboards and reports are built using a live model.

As part of testing, I notice that the dashboard share does not contain the dashboard subscription option. What settings or functions can I look at to enable this? The documentation does not provide troubleshooting for this?
