Advanced Filtering - need to add a filter based on widget values returned

Hello, I am new to SiSense.  

In the screen capture below, I need a filter that will compare the incident number and run number in the example below and show me only cases where values are the exact same (e.g. Incident_Number = 3, Run_Number =3).   Actually, i'll also need the syntax to filter when the numbers are NOT equal as well.
