Correct. the point of this thread was what should be done without scripts. Right aligning numbers should NOT have to be done with a script.  That should be default behavior in a table or Pivot.  

Formatting left align, right align, center in tables. 

Numbers should default to right aligned.

Text should default to left aligned.

Default numbers to show same number of decimal places instead of variable. Makes it hard to scan a list in the table of pivot table widget

Setting default formats in the data model (e.g. currency fields by default may want to show 2 decimal places or may want to default to no decimal places,  may want the item price or exchange rate field to default to 4 decimals).

It is a prevalent scenario or use case to use hidden fields in a widget to affect a KPI but not in the visualization. For example, If we need to sort by day number, and we have two fields, day number, and day name, we want to show to users day name in a graph but ordered by day number. We cannot do that now, so we need to concatenate both fields to perform this sorting. 

The best approach (as other vendors do) is to sort by day number, hide this column, and show the day name. The result is a graph orderder: Monday, Tuesday, etc. This is just an example, but it will be a great feature. Other vendors do it OOB.

There needs to be an easier way to customize the fonts and formatting of text inside Sisense. It is very time consuming to have to pull up developer tools to find the generated name so you can then write a custom script to edit the look of the widget. Almost all reporting tools have this out of the box.
