When login as Admin, under ReportManager page, there is a setting button (the wheel at the top right side) that allow to customize the user UI experience.
i.e. toggle in/off options :
- archiving
- priority
- event based
- csv export
...
I would suggest a setting here to toggle on / off "Apply customer filters" and button "Edit Report Filters" just like the other options.
