Report Manager - New periodicity capabilities

Users would like to have new options when choosing periodicity  of a programmation inside Report Manager :

• First Monday of the month (first Tuesday, Wed ...)
• Last Monday of the month (lastTuesday, Wed ...)
• Last day of the month
