Line Graph Filtering Improvements

Currently line graphs allow for selections to be made on the graph which then propagate to the dashboard filters. This is showcased in this link: https://docs.sisense.com/main/SisenseLinux/making-selections-in-a-widget.htm

It would be nice for a widget to have the option for the selection to be either for the dashboard filter or that specific widget's filters. For example if I had a single widget that used a specific column of a table as that widget's filter then I want to select and add it there instead of having it appear as a new dashboard filter. That way a new filter won't appear as if it affects the whole dashboard when it only affects a singular widget.
