When viewing a dashboard and the filter panel is collapsed, it is near impossible for a new user to find the filter panel expand button. WHY IS IT SO SMALL?? Please update the UI so the filter pane...

Yes! Needs to be larger and a darker color. People just can't find it.
Same thing for the windowpane expander on the left side.
