working with the plugin ExtenedPivotOnPDF shows the header of the Pivot only on the first page, doesn’t show starting form the second page. Please add header of table on all the pages.

Agreed! We just started using this add-on and it definitely reduces the value, to not be able to see the headers on subsequent pages.
