I feel your pain. The automatic logout period isn't something that we are able to customize ourselves, but we are working with our community platform vendor to see if it is possible to expand the time, make it an idle timeout, or both. We will see what happens.
Thanks DRay - and I realized I'm really talking not about an idle timeout. I have experienced actively working in a ticket and it tosses me, or maybe the platform sees actively typing in the dialog but not clicking things as idle... 🤔
