Was this issue ever resolved? We have some of our customers with Viewer accounts getting the same. I also logged a ticket with Sisense support who is investigating, however I was wondering if anyone ever got a fix for this.
To provide some details - only some of our customers gets this when logging in with SSO. When they click on a dashboard or refreshes the page, it goes away, however this is not ideal for clients to see an error on the page the moment they log in. They should be directed to "app/main/home" but rather get directed to "app/main/error?status=404". When they log in with normal credentials (username and password, this does not happen).
