Bug on Windows: Filter doesn't show OK button

Bug

Click Edit on a dashboard filter that is near the bottom of the screen.

The edit filter dialog pops up, but the OK button is off the bottom so you can't click it. Scrolling doesn't help. The only way to fix is it to reposition the filter so there are other filters beneath it (but then those get that problem).

Applies to Sisense Windows 20.24.3.10115. In Sisense Linux, the edit filter dialog positions itself in a way shows the OK/Apply button even if you clicked on a filter at the bottom of the screen.

  • Hi,

We had this issue and it has to do with your screen resolution/zoom. I noticed this was only happening with our embedded dashboards and only when the user couldn't scroll far enough down to get to the okay button. If you are experiencing this in iframes, increase the size of your iframe as a bandaid. Alternatively, decrease the zoom in your web browser and you should be able to see the okay button.

    Hello Tim.

Thank you for your feedback! I would like to get this Idea over to the product team, but first I would like to get more information and head off any roadblocks to implementation.

Can you tell me how you are viewing Sisense here? Is it an iFrame/embedded, or are you accessing Sisense directly? If you change the zoom on your browser what happens?

Thank you for working with me to flesh out this idea so it can be evaluated and scoped for effort.

    Have a great day!

    I'm accessing Sisense directly.

Today, Sisense does show the OK button; the problem has stopped. I'm not sure why or whether it will happen again.

Zoom in and out sounds like a good idea, I'll try that if it happens again.
