Allow conditional formatting on text instead of only numerical aggregates

Current state - You can only use color conditional formatting on numerics in the value section of a pivot table. 

But it would be nice if you could also apply color formatting on text.  
An example of this would be green on the value 'Confident', orange on the word 'At Risk' and red on the word 'Not Possible'. This text would be values existing in our database, not something created within Sisense.
