Widget PNGs are blurry when downloaded

Question

I suspect this may be a user-specific problem and not something system wide. We've only had one user complaing of the problem.

When she uses the "Download Image" functionality from Sisense 2024.1, the resolution of the PNG is fuzzy/blurry, as if the resolution has been reduced.

Has anyone encountered this and found a resolution?

Thank you for reaching out. Do you know what browser they are using? You may have them clear their browser cache and see if that helps. I can't think of a setting in Sisense that would cause this.

DRay&nbsp;just starting this thread again because when I download a widget image, the clarity is still sub-par, is there a way to change this in the admin section?&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;Astroraf,
There isn't a setting for that. Can you try maximizing the widget and/or increasing the zoom on your browser and let me know if that helps? A .png file should scale with resolution.
