We've had feedback from customers that the right-click to drilldown behaviour on pivot-tables is not intuitive, especially for non-superuser staff.
Our ideal behaviour to make it clearer would be:
Row label is blue (and clearly clickable).
On clicking a blue row label, it automatically drills down one level (as per currently triggered behavior on right click)
Drilled down would be in blue/underline, so can continue to drill further. Drill reset would be as current behaviour. Right click behaviour could be as-is currently.

That feedback is spot on and we heard from a few directions, one thing you can do to achieve a very similar behaviour is implement the powerful Jump-to-Dashboard plugin from Sisense (I believe they're currently working on adding it as a native feature which will not require an add-on).
