HamzaJ 's suggestion is spot on. With the Field Analyzer add-on, you can easily discover which tables and fields are being used in each dashboard, and the intuitive UI allows you to navigate directly to those dashboards with ease.

When combined with the Field Replacer, you can also seamlessly replace tables and fields across your dashboards with others, making it a powerful solution for managing and updating your data model.
