Increase height of marketing banner

Hey,

I am looking for a way to change (increase) the height of the marketing banner. Changing the homepage removes the dashboard table/list, which is not something we want. However the marketing banner is a bit on the short side (height wise). I would like it to be full page height with the collapse button on the bottom. This way i can show a full page, but still have the dashboard list/table visible/accessibele.

Has someone found out a way to do this?
