Sisense Trial Cloud IPs to connect to Postgres

Hi, I've subscribed to a free trial and I'm trying to connect to our cloud Postgres database via trial portal https://trial.sisense.com/app/data/cubes/ but I'm getting "The connection attempt failed." error. I've already whitelisted IPs 107.23.195.228 and 54.236.224.46 but that didn't help. I've also whitelisted 54.221.207.90 , 54.235.101.106 and 3.231.45.80 (which Sisense is using to connect to SQL Server), but that didn't help with Postgres.

Is there any way to know which IP the trial portal is using to connect to a Postgres data source?
