For example, one of the recent features for our Export Button plugin is the ability to generate detailed reports about which user exported what from your dashboards and it also allows you some limitation option on the number of rows that are getting exported and etc'
Another one that would be relevant for your use case is our Control Export Options plugin which is similar to QBQs Custom Export Options but more mature with features and ease of use.
