Issue with Elastic Cube Filed Fetching

Hello Sisense Support,

I am writing to report an issue with one of our Elastic Cubes. When attempting to create a new dashboard using this Elastic Cube, the fields are not being fetched. Old dependent reports have data.

I have attached screenshots for your reference, highlighting the problem. Additionally, there are no error messages displayed during the build process.


This issue is hindering our ability to effectively use this particular Elastic Cube for reporting purposes. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if there is any further information needed from my end.

    Do you have a support case opened for this? That is the path I recommend for issues like this.
