A bit maddening, but every time we restart our server, it creates sample data items. Namely:
Sample ECommerce
Sample Retail
Sample Healthcare
Sample Lead Generation
There doesn't seem to be a way to disable this in Admin screen. Any ideas?
There is an option on the System Configuration page under the 'Management' header to 'Add Samples at Startup' that is enabled by default. You can disable this setting.

Thanks. Some details in case someone else has this issue:
On our instance you have to go to:
Admin -> System Management
Then access "Configuration" via the "Gear" icon at the top of the page.
From that page, you then go down to "Management", and under that item you'll find
"Add Samples At Startup", which can be turned off via the switch.
