I actually really enjoy cooking after a long day.  It's my creative outlet - and my friends and family end up being the benefactors!

If it's just me, then catching up on a show is the perfect day to wind down - trying to get caught up on The Acolyte on Disney+

    I can only cook breakfast foods, and variations on Quesadillas. If it involves the oven I'm in trouble. Fortunately, I married an Italian!
