I am having the exact same issue. This started occurring after upgrading to L2023.7. Haven't found a work around yet.

Ah great, so I'm not going completely crazy lol! I did raise a ticked and they asked me to send them support files as they were unable to replicate the issue and also asked me to take a video of it happening, however I don't have a screen recorder on my work laptop so could not do that yet. Let's hope they manage to replicate and address it soon as it might cause a lot of panic for clients.
