PDF Header Elements

Hello!
I'm looking to play around with the Dashboard Header parameters. More specifically, I'd like to do the following:

1. Truncate the Data As Of parameter to the day (aka remove timestamp)

2. Play around with the display of the Dashboard Filters. For example, I'd like to remove the 'Filters' prefix or select which filters to display. 

I'm thinking this can be done with JS. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
