New feature - set default formatting of measures. i.e. decimal place, currency symbol, abbreviations

Would like to see the ability in the elasticube (or somewhere else) the ability to set default formatting for measures. For example, you know that field A is a field containing a monetary value. You set the default number of decimal places, symbol and abbreviation options just once and this is inherited whenever you use the field in a widget. Would still need to override the default settings.
